Returns/Refunds

Our returns and refunds policy is 14 days from the date of delivery. If 14 days have passed since the delivery of your item(s), unfortunately you are not able to request a return/refund.

To be eligible for a refund - your item(s) must be in the same condition you received them. We recommend you try any new items on in a clean, indoor environment, just in case you need to return them. 

Customers are responsible for covering return postage fees. Therefore, we highly recommend you measure your dog before placing any orders. If you need help with this, see our Size Guide.
